Shipping

We ship to all 50 US states. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, and most deliveries arrive within 3–7 business days depending on your location and the item.

• Standard shipping — calculated at checkout based on size and destination.
• Free shipping — available on select items and orders over the threshold shown at checkout.
• Tracking — a tracking number is emailed to you as soon as your order ships.

Large appliances may be delivered by a specialist freight carrier who will contact you to arrange a delivery window.

Delivery inspection

Please inspect your item on delivery. If anything arrives damaged, note it with the carrier and contact us within 48 hours so we can make it right quickly.

Returns

If you're not fully satisfied, most items can be returned within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, the item should be unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.

• Start a return by contacting our support team with your order number.
• We'll email you a return authorization and instructions.
• Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund is issued to the original payment method.

Refunds

Approved refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days of us receiving the returned item. Original shipping charges may be non-refundable except where an item is faulty or incorrect.
